Most promises are made out loud.
GivWord exists for the agreements that never make it onto paper — and for the people who end up with nothing in writing when memories differ.

Every day, people make real commitments in conversation — with landlords, contractors, employers, co-parents and clients. Most of those promises are never written down. When memories differ later, the person with less power usually has the least on paper.
Hiring a lawyer to document a $480 paint job isn’t realistic. A private note on your phone doesn’t help much either, because the other person never saw it. What’s missing is a quick, fair way to put the agreement in writing while it’s fresh — and give both people the same version.
That’s GivWord. After a conversation, you say what was agreed in your own words. GivWord organizes it into a clear, timestamped note, you check it, and when you confirm, the other person gets the same note.
AI organizes what you say. It doesn’t decide what was agreed, and it marks the details it’s less sure about.
A note is only useful if the other person has seen it too. Sharing is the point.
GivWord is not a law firm, a contract or a conversation recorder. We say so plainly, everywhere.
